Douglas is one!

Yesterday was Wednesday, July 1st and there was no work in honor of Doug's birthday.
I threw him a small bash at my new pad with Hot Dougs and Snoop Doug.
Not to mention Michael Douglas, courtesy of Dom Dom.
His girlfriend Katie walked 40 minutes to come celebrate with him.
And he got to eat all kinds of orange things.
I'm pretty sure he had a good time 'cause he hasn't stopped puking about it.

Wrinkly Heads Up

Just so you know, Doug's 1st birthday is on Wednesday.
You should really send his gifts now if you want them to get here on time.
And also, I love you.

Swatch of Tomorrow

I'm wearing a really amazing new Swatch that i bought at the airport yesterday when we were saying bye to YoYo...
F-O-R-E-V-E-R.
I cried.
Because my Swatch is just so pretty.
Unfortunately for you, my camera doesn't have battery and photobooth isn't doing it justice so you're going to have to wait until tomorrow to see it.
And if you're one of the two people who read this blog regularly, i know that you know that i know that you know that tomorrow means in two weeks.

Joyeux Anniversaires!

The three Frenchies all have their birthdays in the same week so we had a little menage-a-trois at OTH to celebrate last weekend.I made Pabellon for about 50 people and came home with rice and beans for a hundred. Still don't get it.
I also ordered some Venezuelan specialties (arepas, tequenos, cachapas) that I grew up on and Jeremy wishes he did. (Cover your computer/pants before you click on those links.)

Some of the highlights include choreographed group dancing, House Industries typography cupcakes, and camouflaged net canopy partying.

I'm moving this weekend so I needed to bring some boxes home from work.
Heather helped make them metro-friendly by putting a handle on them.
Then we got a bit carried away.

Crocs and Vaginas

This Montreal magazine asked people to submit a picture of their desktop for some "Tell me what your desktop looks like and I'll tell you who you are" thingie.
Of the twelve people that actually did it, 2 of them were Gay-F and myself.
(Well, sort of. Gay-F didn't quite get it and submitted a shot of his working screen, which is amazing in itself.)
